1. Clothes and jobs

Tři ženy mluví o oblečení, které nosí v práci. Poznáte, jakou mají profesi?

1. I work long hours and I have to look smart all the time. In my company, we all wear fashionable and expensive suits, so we all look the same. It´s like wearing a uniform. Some days I´d like to put on something more comfortable and no make up, but it´s not possible when I´m going to be in court. I don´t think the judge would be very happy if I arrived wearing a tracksuit and trainers.
2. There is a lot of travelling involved in my job, so I buy clothes that don´t need much ironing when you take them out of a suitcase. In my free time, I usually wear jeans and a T-shirt or a sweatshirt. When I´m working, I wear fantastic things designed by the top people in the business, but – to be honest – most of them are not really my style.
3. When I was younger I got some great parts. In one play I wore several beautiful long silk dresses. There were about ten of them in total, and I only had 2 minutes to take one dress off and put another on. Now I play middle-aged women dressed in woollen skirts and sweaters and flat shoes. I still have to get in and out of them in 2 minutes, though!
